Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help us raise funds for Block 34 Music Programming. Block 34 Live and the Market 34 music programming is delivered by the Stillwater Community Center Foundation, and is funded by donations. The Fundraising section, also known as the VIP section, is a major source of funding for Block 34 music provided by the Foundation.
Volunteers will have all benefits of the VIP Fundraising Section and be provided a VIP Fundraising Section ticket whom they can give to whomever they choose for each day that they volunteer.
Below is a list of the positions needed and a general description of what is involved for each.
General Operations Volunteer - Set up/put away chairs, tables, power cables, popup tents, bar fridge, coolers and section demarcation. Lifting, loading and unloading is required.
Snacks Volunteer - Keep popcorn, chips, salsa and water available for the section guests. Set up snacks/water, wipe down table, return unopened chips and water back to storage.
Popcorn Volunteer- Pop and bag popcorn for the fundraising section and the general audience. A donation jar will be set up at the popcorn table.
Check In Assistant - Assist with check-in of section guests.
Volunteers must execute or have executed City of Stillwater and Stillwater Community Center Foundation waivers. Volunteers under 18 years old need to have parent or guardian names signatures and contact information on their waiver forms.
Many of you have executed the necessary waivers. Applicants who have not executed waivers will be contacted and provided waivers to sign.
