Liability Waiver and Indemnification
By submitting this form the submitter agrees to assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in any event organized, hosted, or sponsored by the Stillwater Community Center Foundation (“Foundation”), whether such injury or loss occurs on or off the event premises.
Vendor further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Stillwater Community Center Foundation, its board, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives, as well as the City of Stillwater, from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from:
Vendor’s participation in the event;
Any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct by the Vendor or its employees, contractors, or agents;
Any breach of this agreement by the Vendor.
The Foundation is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property, equipment, or merchandise, regardless of cause.
Vendor acknowledges and accepts that participation is at their own risk and that the Foundation does not provide insurance coverage for Vendors or their property.
