Insurance Requirements: You must provide a copy of your liability insurance certificate before setting up at any Block 34 Live Concert Series Event.​

You must add the Stillwater Community Center Foundation as an additional insured on a valid Liability Insurance Certificate.

TAX: Oklahoma residents will pay tax as usual. ​  Non-Oklahoma Residents will be provided with a form at the closing of the festival and will be required to pay tax amounts due at that time. Failure to take care of your obligations will result in follw up from the Oklahoma Tax Commission and may result in being prohibited from being a vendor at future events.
