Block 34 Live offers a variety of fun and hands-on volunteer roles that help make every event run smoothly and create a welcoming experience for the community. Volunteers are a key part of our team and opportunities include:
Popcorn Crew – Help pop, bag, and serve fresh popcorn to guests throughout the event. Great for friendly folks who enjoy interacting with the crowd!
Set-Up & Tear-Down – Assist with arranging chairs, moving equipment, placing signage, and preparing the space before events begin, as well as breaking down and cleaning up afterward.
General Operations Support – Provide support where it’s needed most, from helping with guest questions and wayfinding to restocking supplies and assisting other teams.
To ensure everyone’s safety, all volunteers are required to sign liability waivers with both the City of Stillwater and the Stillwater Community Center Foundation prior to participating.
